Profile data

Vulu uses your profile details, photos, username, and account identifiers to create your account and show you to other people in the app.

Verification photo

A verification selfie may be used for admin verification and safety review. It is not shown publicly in your profile.

Messages, live rooms, and media

Vulu stores content you choose to share, such as messages, profile photos, posts, live room activity, audio, video, and reports, so the app can provide social, messaging, creator, and safety features.

Wallet, purchases, and ads

Vulu records wallet activity, in-app purchase status, rewards, and ad reward callbacks to provide paid features, rewards, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and support.

Analytics and diagnostics

Vulu may collect app interaction, crash, performance, device, and diagnostic data to improve reliability, measure feature usage, and keep the service secure.

Storage and services

Account data is stored through the Vulu backend. Profile, verification, post, and message media may be uploaded to Vulu storage services and supporting providers.
